Return Policy
We take pride in our made-to-order products and aim to give all our customers a positive experience.
Each piece of clothing is created and sent exactly to the specifications of the person placing the order (i.e. sizing & delivery address). It is held responsible to that person to make sure the details are entirely correct during the ordering process.
Our company will always do everything in it's ability to offer support, guidance and maintain a standard of care, but do remember we are a small family business, and we do not hold stock as we are a PrintOnDemand company.
We work with production partners to produce our inventory as needed, which means when you place an order with us, we then communicate the order with our manufacturer who create and send the item directly to your door. We choose this more eco-friendly method so we can keep the costs low, but the quality very high!
We understand that mistakes can happen, which is why we make sure we are doing everything in our ability to reduce and minimise the risk of errors.
With that said, we must run a very tight ship with regards to our refund and return policy.
In order to make this a smooth process for everyone we ask you to pay attention to the following before ordering.
Note: This policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for both our customers and our business. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Ensure all order details are accurate and correct before confirming your purchase.
It is is your responsibility to make sure these details are correct, and although we may help where we can, we will not be held responsible for refunds or returns due to clear customer errors in the ordering process.
Please read our sizing guide carefully and make sure you are happy with the measurement chosen before placing your order. (Sizing guides are located on the product pages, below the product itself)
In the rare case of a delivery issue caused by the courier (damaged, lost, or stolen goods), a thorough investigation will be conducted. If the issue is confirmed to be the couriers fault, we will assist in resolving the matter.
In the even rarer event that there is a manufacturing fault and you receive a defective or incorrect product, a thorough investigation will be conducted and we will issue a replacement or refund for the cost of the item.
To ensure any and all faults are dealt with in an appropriate manner, we must ask that this is brought to our attention within 14 days of receiving your order.
